It seems like yashraj’s Tashan is going to be one grand affair. Not only it features the newest love stuck couple Saif and kareena but it features Bebo is a total glam avatar. Though she has played a number of glamourous roles in her acting career, she has never exposed beyond a limit. But this time Bollywood is abuzz with talk that Kareena will wear bikini in a film. It is learnt that director Vijay Krishna Acharya and producer Aditya Chopra want to present Kareena in an entirely new avatar in ‘Tashan’. Aditya was previously instrumental in presenting Aishwarya Rai and Bipasha Basu in hot avatars in Dhoom 2. Now he is apparently doing the same to Kareena. Reports say the reason why Kareena has been shedding her flab and getting in shape in the last few months is for the bikini scenes that will be shot in February next year. Kareena Kapoor is clearly demonstrating that she has moved on after her reported break-off with Shahid Kapur . While Kareena is busy painting the town red with Saif Ali Khan , Shahid now ex is still trying his best to get back together. Kareena, however, is not in a mood to indulge any efforts on Shahid’s part, and clearly demonstrates that she has moved on – her recent birthday celebrations with Saif being the latest slap on Shahid’s sorrowful face. Shahid is currently in Toronto, shooting for Aziz Mirza ’s movie, but he is expected to return to Mumbai soon. A source, on condition of anonymity said, “Shahid is hopeful that Kareena will get back to him. He has been sending her messages and e-mails, but she has not responded as yet to any of them.” This has led to Shahid withdrawing into a shell, and he has been unusually quiet and reserved on his sets. Rumours earlier had it that Shahid was planning a surprise birthday party for Kareena, and had even made arrangements with her sister, Karisma Kapoor . According to the source, Shahid dropped the idea when he saw the photographs of Kareena and Saif, splashed all across the media. Apparently, Kareena has gone back to her non-vegetarian diet, something she had given up for Shahid. In fact, she is not even speaking with him at present. “Kareena may soon ask, ‘Shahid, who?’ We never thought the relationship would die so soon,” the source continues. Shahid, however, has not given up, adds the source. Kareena and Shahid will be seen in Jab We Met , a film by Imtiyaz Ali, due for release soon.

From Enemy No 1 to Hero No 1, Abhishek Bachchan seems to have come full circle in Kareena Kapoor’s life


No matter what the public perception about Kapoors and Bachchans going to war after Karisma’s broken engagement, Bebo insists she has no problems with AB Jr.

“You know he is my Hero No 1. When I entered the film industry, I did my first shot with him. I have seen him learn the ropes as an actor. I have seen him do takes and retakes and I cannot forget shooting with him for Refugee. I have so many unforgettable memories of Abhishek from those days,” she said.

While Kareena’s mellow response may shock many, it will come as no surprise to those who have always blamed Abhishek for causing the real damage.

If reports appearing in the media are true, AB Jr made it a point not to work with anyone from the Kapoor clan and maintained a distance from Kareena, who was a good friend before.

She also lost out on a Karan Johar project because Abhishek apparently raised a stink. The feisty Kapoor kanya retaliated by turning down Apoorva Lakhia’s next film with Junior Bachchan.

Animosity takes backseat

However animosity has since taken a back seat. Rumours even suggest a possible Kareena-Abhishek casting in Randhir Kapoor’s new film under the RK banner.

“Your never forget your first hero. He remains special to you. After Refugee, I have worked with many actors, but Abhishek is still special. I am glad to see he has grown so much as an actor,” said Kareena.

“He has really struggled to reach where he is today. It was not easy. I have known him from the start of his career and he has improved by leaps and bounds. He has blossomed into a wonderful actor.

“I don’t have any grudges against Abhishek for refusing to work with him. It’s his personal decision and I bear him no ill will for that. Everyone is free to work according to his or her own choice. He will always be Hero No 1 for me,” she said.

With Kareena holding out the olive branch, it remains to be seen if Abhishek will grasp it or choose to continue the battle that has broken so many producers’ hearts and kept this hot pair from joining up on screen.

Kareena has never travelled by train. So, when she had to board a running train on screen, she panicked. The other day Kareena Kapoor got cold feet when she had to jump into a moving train while filming for Imtiaz Ali's yet untitled film. Interestingly, the actor has never boarded a train in life, and so was extremely nervous about getting crushed under the wheels of the train.

According to our source, "Kareena has never travelled by a train and here she had to make her way into a running train. It was obviously tough for her and we had to do a few rehearsals before the shot was taken."

Kareena further panicked as the train picked up speed instead of slowing down, on a few occasions. This is when director Imtiaz Ali asked the actor to ditch the scene if she was uncomfortable. A unit member says, "Bebo was not very comfortable while filming the scene. She faltered a few times, which was quite scary. Unfortunately, the speed of the train was not under our control. That's when our director Imtiaz said that he didn't want any mishaps on the set. So he suggested that we scrap the scene."

However, Kareena refused to compromise and decided to enact the scene. After a few failed attempts, she managed to swiftly jump into the train. Eventually, she got the scene right. The producers (Shri Ashtavinayak Cinevision Ltd) say, "Kareena was a little nervous initially. But later she gave a perfect shot."

Mumbai, Jan 20 : Abbas-Mastaan’s big budget “36 China Town”, starring Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapur, is just one of the many movies the duo has lined up this year.

They have two untitled projects to be made under the Shri Ashtvinayak banner. One of these projects will feature Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgan and Bipasha Basu, while the other will see Dutt with three aspiring actors, reports Bollywood Trade Both the films will go on the floors in September.

The duo has made edge-of-the-seat thrillers like “Khiladi”, “Baazigar”, “Soldier” and “Ajnabee”.

Himesh Reshammiya is expected to compose the music for the film.

Ashutosh Rana has recently got a whole new contemporary, stylish look for Kareena Films’ untitled movie where he plays the central character of a mysterious .lawyer

Directed by Debaloy Dey, it is a suspense-action-thriller and Rana is currently shooting for the film in London, reports Bollywood Trade.

“It was very exciting and challenging to work with a star of negative roles, and it was my first attempt as a proper photo shoot. But we thoroughly enjoyed the entire exercise. We tried to bring out the unexplored Ashutosh, and I was myself amazed by the results that were par excellence. He looked far younger and sexier. He has more of star quality than just a character quality,” said Vikram Bawa, the man behind Rana’s new look.

Rana will also be seen in the role of a media tycoon in Mahesh Bhatt’s “Showbiz”. The movie revolves around the making of an Indian idol and the role of the media in creating a popular icon.

MUMBAI, Jan 2: How safe are changing rooms at film shoots? This question is being asked after an MMS clip surfaced on thousands of mobile phone screens in the city late on Sunday.

The clip purports to show Kareena Kapoor changing her clothes in one such room. In the clip, she enters the room, closes the door behind her, and takes off her long-sleeved jacket, followed by her clothes.

Then suddenly her expression changes, as if she has realised something is amiss, and she turns her back. The clip is about 30 seconds long and repeats this sequence.

Some months ago, Kapoor and actor-boyfriend Shahid Kapoor were clicked with a mobile phone camera while kissing.

 

Prominent film personalities said they had seen the clip but were yet to identify the location.

Producers, who make all arrangements on the sets, are worried. They fear junior assistants could be planting spy cams behind their backs or using mobile phones to take pictures in dressing rooms.
